Malvern Apartments is a boutique development that comprises 14 luxury residences. Inspired by the grand apartment buildings of New York City, the building imbues a sense of formality, established through symmetry and strong vertical proportions to the exterior.
The building entry, surmounted by a bronze fluted panel, welcomes residents to a foyer lined in travertine and highlighted by a grid of Viabizzuno lights.
