Grounded in a premium Brisbane location, One Five Six is a bespoke and boutique residential building that celebrates the values of contemporary design through its commitment to the definitive architectural principles of space, light and proportion.
The result of this exacting approach is the curation of ten elegant, refined residences that marry characteristics of classic architecture with an aesthetic that is at once contemporary and distinguished.
The design of 'One Five Six' takes inspiration from a global perspective; It exhibits a sense of solidity and permanence reminiscent of landmark buildings, the interior is more akin to a luxury hotel, and the internal layouts are designed to reflect the experience of a home rather than an apartment.
The experience of moving through the building was a key consideration of the design process - the sense of entry, the sense of retreat, the highly curated sequence of spaces, the appreciation of custom designed fittings, the tactility of different surface treatments, and the impact of lighting.
The lobby spaces, reminiscent of a luxury hotel, connect to a private Wellness Centre that incorporates a swimming pool, cold plunge pool, gymnasium / yoga room, sauna and steam room.
